Adam’s session, Cycle O is Coming, Be Prepared, is scheduled for Tuesday, April 9, at 2:15 P.M. Here is the synopsis of his session: It has been a while since the industry saw a new Address Quality Cycle. Cycle O is coming in 2020 and contains a number of changes to many processes. Mailers need to take action prior to Cycle O for many reasons – prevent the loss of discounts on some mail, reduce (today) the amount of mail that could not be delivered, determine which new data points are of use and how, and even, is it time to outsource these operations.
