Jakki Krage Strako, Chief Customer and Marketing Officer (CCMO) at the Postal Service™, announced that Sharon Owens has been Named Acting Vice President, Sales. She is replacing the previous Active Vice President, Sales, Dennis Nicoski, whose retirement was also announced.
Owens is currently Vice President, Pricing and Costing, a position she has had since 2016. In this role, she oversees programs to strengthen the mailing experience for commercial customers and tailor services for individual markets. Owens also has oversight of postal regulatory reporting.
Owens has been with the Postal Service for over 20 years. Previously, she served as Northern Virginia District Manager, manager of Industry Engagement and Outreach, manager of Ground Products and manager of Finance.
