As GrayHair’s Chief of Staff, Valerie works closely with executive leadership to identify and help solve core problems and identify opportunities within business processes and policies. She collaborates with department leaders to improve teamwork and productivity, manages the Security & Compliance team to ensure all customer needs for data privacy and protection are being met and provides support for all teams, projects, and initiatives within the organization to ensure company goals are met. Valerie’s favorite part of her role is having the opportunity to create and contribute new processes that benefit the company as a whole.

Outside of work, Valerie enjoys jumping into a good home improvement project and renovating her 100+ year-old house. She also enjoys gardening, baking, cooking, and traveling to new places. Valerie has a goal of visiting ALL 50 states and seeing as much of the world as possible!

Valerie currently resides in South Jersey with her two cats, Pixie and Bronn, and her dog, Benny.

As the Head of Operational Support, Moira brings an unprecedented level of care and dedication to ensure the satisfaction of GrayHair’s clients. In her role, she is responsible for leading the Operational Support team, ensuring all clients receive exceptional support, and leads User Acceptance Testing efforts. Moira is extremely enthusiastic about helping GrayHair clients understand the unique stories behind their data.

Outside of GrayHair, Moira is an active member of the Association of Project Management Professionals and the Vermont Womenpreneurs. She loves spending time outdoors and regularly volunteers with the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Organization. 

In her free time, Moira enjoys tapping into her creative side by making hand-poured candles, gardening, and more recently, embarked on a journey of learning how to sew. Moira currently resides in Addison, Vermont with her husband, son, yellow-lab, and pet cat.

In his position as Head of Business Development, Dean leverages his expertise within GrayHair to lead account teams that help support the short and long-term needs and initiatives of its clients and prospects. He also brings experience in corporate strategy and B2B Marketing which supports the direction and needs of GrayHair’s leadership team.

Since joining GrayHair in 2018, Dean has brought both a passion and advocacy for the postal/mail industries and almost 30 years of experience working with the largest mailers in the country. He has a successful track record understanding the needs of the company’s clients, their vendors, and the USPS.

In his free time, Dean focuses his time on his family. He’s often attending a sporting game for one of his kids or engaging in his lifelong passion of competing on the soccer field. During the warmer months, Dean and his family enjoy spending as much time as possible in the city of Avalon at the Jersey Shore.

Dean currently resides in Southern New Jersey with his wife and four children.

For the past 20+ years, Josh has gained a deep knowledge of the challenges that enterprise mailers and mail service providers face in the areas of postal operations, data management, and campaign success. As GrayHair’s Head of Data, he leverages this understanding in current client relationships while demonstrating how to use GrayHair’s services and a client’s own data to produce solutions for these identified challenges.

Josh is one of GrayHair’s leading postal experts, specializing in mail production and campaign facilitation for large mailers and their vendors. Josh’s extensive industry knowledge ranges across topics like address hygiene, postage optimization, delivery optimization, industry compliance, and data analytics. When he’s not knee-deep in data, Josh enjoys advocating for the care and rescue of Rhodesian Ridgebacks. 

Josh currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children and, of course, his own ridgeback, Ares.

As the Head of Technical Product Management, Everette leads the Product team, acts as a Subject Matter Expert and Product lead for GrayHair’s infrastructure overhaul, and is responsible for interfacing with the USPS regarding Visibility Data. He brings almost 20 years of experience in the mailing industry with a diverse set of specialties including mail tracking, address hygiene, postal operations, and presort. Everette enjoys helping to find unique solutions that are both technically innovative and viable from a business perspective.

He is a Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner and Industry Co-Chair of UG4. Offline, Everette is very involved in his community. He continues 20+ years of involvement in his local Habitat for Humanity Chapter as well as participating in a group of cyclists that promote local non-profits, called Team ‘Be the Good’. 

Everette resides in Lafayette, Indiana with his wife and son. If he is not riding his bike or gardening at home, he enjoys roasting his own coffee beans.

As the Head of Human Resources, Jessica is responsible for driving GrayHair’s people strategy, ensuring full compliance with laws and regulations, and working alongside executive leadership to align GrayHair’s culture with the mission and core values. In her role, she loves being able to collaborate with and support the career growth of her fellow GrayHairs. 

Outside of GrayHair, Jessica is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She enjoys cooking, traveling to new places, and staying active! 

Jessica currently resides in South Jersey with her husband and pet cat.

As the Head of Technical Operations for GrayHair, Mike is responsible for the timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions that drive many of GrayHair’s key business strategies. In his role, Mike oversees day-to-day project management, helping to ensure that all GrayHair teams are working collaboratively and productively in an Agile environment. 

Mike deeply appreciates the reality of working for a small company, where no day looks the same as the previous day. He considers it a privilege to work with so many amazing team members on a regular basis.

Outside of work, Mike gives back to his community by volunteering with the Delaware Food Bank. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, attending Philly sports events, completing DIY projects, and camping in Southern Delaware. Mike currently resides in Wilmington, Delaware with his two boys and dog, Oreo.

As the Head of Development at GrayHair, Robert oversees daily operations and the long-term application of strategic planning for the Dev Team. He is responsible for mentoring and identifying growth opportunities for his team, as well as coordinating with other department Heads to transform business and customer needs into features across all GrayHair systems. Robert enjoys working in a hybrid service and software environment that provides unique challenges while also requiring flexibility and maintainability in his day-to-day work.

Outside of work, Robert is a lover of long-runs and frequently participates in Tough Mudder events. If he isn’t running, you can find Robert playing video and board games.

Robert currently resides in Collingswood, New Jersey with his dog, Tidus.
