Adam Collinson, GrayHair’s Director of Research and Development, has been elected as MTAC’s Focus Area Leader for Delivery & Network Operations/Enterprise Analytics (Mailing Data and Addressing). He is one of seven members making up MTAC’s new leadership.
Since 1965, the Postmaster General’s Mailers’ Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) has been a venue for the U.S. Postal Service® to share technical information with mailers and to receive their advice and recommendations on matters concerning mail-related products and services. It enhances customer value and expands the use of these products and services for the mutual benefit of mailing industry stakeholders and the Postal Service.
Collinson has over 20 years of postal experience and is highly respected in the industry. He has served as the Director of Research and Development at GrayHair since 2012, where he uses his extensive experience and knowledge to analyze, research, design, and implement new solutions to meet the needs of the ever-changing mail industry. Before joining the GrayHair team, Collinson spent 14 years at Pitney Bowes, starting as a Senior Developer and advancing to their Engagement Manager/Solution Design Consultant. He stays involved in leading postal initiatives and workgroups and regularly speaks at venues such as PCC events, the National Postal Forum, and MAILCOM.
“My entire career has always included analyzing data to find the root cause of issues and opportunities for improvement and then designing and evaluating solutions to determine what makes sense to pursue,” said Collinson. “I look forward to this leadership role and working with mailers, service providers, vendors, and of course, the USPS to find and promote solutions that benefit the entire industry and promote the value of mail.”
GrayHair is proud to have Collinson as a member of the team.
