On January 8, 2020, the USPS® published proposed rules mandating Seamless Acceptance. Seamless Acceptance utilizes electronic documentation, Intelligent Mail barcodes (IMbs), eInduction and information from mail processing scans to automate the entry and verification of commercial mailings.
Beginning January 14, 2020, Quick Response (QR) codes have been added to collection boxes to provide customers with nearby Post Office information.
