USPS Appointments and Retirements

There has been much activity in USPS leadership recently, and more is expected to be announced throughout the year.

• Sharon Owens, VP Pricing & Costing retired April 30th, 2026.
  • Fiona Machado, has been appointed “Acting” Vice President, Pricing & Costing
    • Fiona has been working with Sharon in Pricing for several years.
• Randy Workman, Senior Director, Product Acceptance and Support retired April 30th, 2026.
• Janine Egloff has been appointed to the executive position of Senior Director, Product Acceptance and Support. (in replacement of Randy Workman).
  • Janine currently leads the Pricing and Classification Service Center (PCSC)
    • We do not yet know who will replace Janine at PCSC
• Dr. Joshua (Josh) Colin, Chief Performance Officer & Executive Vice President has effectively retired, serving in an advisory role through the end of the year.
  • The position will not be filled.
• Pete Routsolias has been selected to the position of Chief Logistics Officer and Executive Vice President, as of April 17th, 2026.
  • He had been in the acting position since December 2025; the position had been open since Kelly Abney retired in July 2024.  
• Robert Raines, VP and Managing Director, International Business, will be retiring effective May 29th, 2026.
  • Replacement not yet named.
• Dale Kennedy, Executive Director, Product Classification will be retiring effective July 30th, 2026.
  • Replacement not yet named.
• Matt Connelly has been appointed the Chief Solutions & Strategy Officer
  • Matt has been working for the last few months as a special advisor to the PMG, Matt comes from Good 360 & UPS
• Greg White has been appointed as Vice President of Network Solutions & Performance Excellence
