In our January 28th, 2026, Postal Updates we highlighted the workshare discounts in First-Class and Marketing mail that are expected to increase in July.
Below are the two incentives in First-Class Mail we expect to see decrease in July.

First-Class
- The new incentive introduced in July 2025 for First-Class Letters, Cards, and Flats on SCF pallets shows a passthrough of 100% for Cards, and over 100% for Letters and Flats.
- USPS has signaled that they will bring those incentives into compliance and lower the discounts in the next price filing expected for July 12, 2026.
