GrayHair Software Leverages Cutting-Edge Privacy Automation AI Technology to Improve Business Practices

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

GrayHair Software implements new privacy automation toolset to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance.

(Stuart, Florida) – July 2, 2024 – GrayHair Software, the leading consumer and provider of postal data and dynamic data and SaaS company, announced today that they have implemented a Privacy Automation Toolset. This innovative system, designed to streamline privacy notice processing, leverages cutting-edge generative AI technology to enhance operational efficiency by automating a traditionally manual task.

“We are thrilled to introduce this innovative solution,” said Everette Mills, Head of Product at GrayHair Software. “The Privacy Automation Toolset, powered by generative AI, allows us to efficiently manage consumer privacy requests while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. By leveraging the latest technological innovations, we have automated our processes to meet the diverse requirements of various state laws.”

Automated Processing with Generative AI

Deployed within GrayHair Software’s existing cloud infrastructure, the Privacy Automation Toolset utilizes a generative AI for intelligent email parsing. This technology extracts key information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses from incoming privacy requests.

Verification and Decision-Making for Accuracy

The system integrates with our own VerifyAQ API for robust address validation, guaranteeing the accuracy of extracted data. Decision-making logic then categorizes requests based on the presence of key information, triggering appropriate automated responses.

Designed for the Future

Scalability and configurability are core principles of the Privacy Automation Toolset. The system is designed to adapt to evolving needs and seamlessly integrate with future regulatory requirements.
