For over two decades, he has brought this intricate knowledge of how these services can enhance the postal and business operations of the largest mailers in the country. Also, as a critical member of GrayHair’s product team, he uses his experience to analyze, research, design, and implement new solutions to meet the needs of the ever-changing mailing industry.
