The Postmaster General’s Mailers’ Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) introduced its Product Management Team this month. The team’s purpose is to “ensure USPS mailing and shipping products and services continue to add value and meet customer needs.”
Thomas (Tom) J. Foti is the Executive Director of the team. Elke Reuning-Elliott is the Director of Mailing, Jay Smith is Director of Shipping, and Dale Kennedy is the Manager of Special Service. The three report to Foti. The team consists of sixteen other members who report to the three executives.
The Product Management Team members serve as advocates of their areas to work with both internal stakeholders and business partners to grow the mailing industry.
Formed over 50 years ago, MTAC is a venue for the Postal ServiceTM to share technical information with mailers and to receive advice and recommendations from mailers on mail-related products and services.
