The USPS announced that starting August 24, 2018 the USPS will resume billing ACS™ customers for ACS-related notifications and forwarding services. In June, the USPS suspended ACS billing and started conducting an internal process review after it had identified a discrepancy in April and May billing cycle invoices.
The invoices that resume on August 24 will have charges for ACS-related notifications and forwarding services that were incurred from July 25 – August 24, 2018.
The invoices for the services provided between March 25 – July 24, 208 will be issued on September 24, 2018. If you’re an ACS customer and you submitted Full-Service-eligible mailings during this timeframe, you can request preliminary invoices to review by sending an email to the ACS Support Department. In your email, be sure to include your ACS account number, which will be on a recent ACS invoice or from the Electronic Product Fulfillment site where you retrieve your ACS records.
