The Postal Service’s Electronic Product and Fulfillment (EPF) provides a secure site where subscribed product files can be downloaded. The Postal Service announced that it is decommissioning several key legacy EPF URLs that are being used to download files.
If you’re an EPF customer and your system points to a legacy URL, you have until October 5, 2018, to convert to the new URL, otherwise your service could be interrupted.
Here is a list of the legacy URLs and the new URLs you must convert to:
Legacy URLs | New URL | |
---|---|---|
EPF Web Site | https://epfea.usps.gov https://epfea-prod.usps.gov |
https://epf.usps.gov |
EPF Upload Web Site | https://epfeaup.usps.gov https://epfeaup-prod.usps.gov |
https://epfup.usps.gov |
EPF Web Services | https://epfeaws.usps.gov https://epfeaws-prod.usps.gov |

Also, if you use one of the EPF’s Windows Download Applications, you must upgrade to the latest version:
EPF file download application – ZIP Download
ACS file download application – ZIP Download
ACS file download silent version – ZIP Download
