Her career includes working with mailers in various sectors – including financial services, insurance, direct marketing, publishing, cataloging, and nonprofits – to advocate for and advance their interests. Over the years, she has been critical in launching and implementing groundbreaking postal programs and systems, such as Copal for letters, Comail for flats, and DSMS.
A dedicated advocate for the mailing industry, Deborah is currently the Vice Chair of the Mailers Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC). She also chairs MTAC User Group 3, the PostCom Flats Committee, and the ACMA Postal Committee while actively contributing to several trade associations in Board and member positions. Through these roles, she has been instrumental in fostering industry growth, encouraging innovation, and serving as a vital voice in regulatory and governance matters to protect the interests of mailers nationwide.
