The 2023 NPF Brought Network Updates, GrayHair Expertise, & Puppy Love!

The 2023 National Postal Forum was a huge success! GrayHair’s team was overjoyed to have the opportunity to engage with industry partners and clients on the tradeshow floor, participate in and lead educational sessions throughout the week, and explore the beautiful city of Charlotte.

The NPF is the largest annual tradeshow for the mailing and shipping industry. At this year’s NPF, there were over 4,000 attendees, 100+ speakers, and 120+ educational workshops covering the following themes: Data, Technology and Visibility, Leadership and Professional Development, Mailing Solutions, Mailing/Shipping Prep and Entry, and Shipping Solutions.

Sharing GrayHair Expertise

GrayHair leaders Jeffrey Hummel, Angelo Anagnostopoulos, and Adam Collinson led three separate educational workshops, including one of the 15+ Peer-to-Sessions held during the NPF. Their session topics included the Benefits of Informed Visibility, Address Intelligence, Security Audit Preparation, and CASS Cycle O Implementation.

Lights, Camera, ACTION!

We rolled out the red carpet for this year’s NPF! After chatting with GrayHair’s experts, attendees had the chance to stop by our photo booth on the red carpet to take pictures with GrayHair’s “Data Doggo.” We had lots of fun interacting with new and familiar faces as we introduced our favorite furry friend to NPF participants.

USPS Network Developments

Covered fully on our Mail Delivery Performance page, this year’s NPF brought to light crucial details on the network’s future design, the ongoing transformations of NDCs into RPDCs, and information on the status of S&DCs located across the country. Postmaster General Louis DeJoy and other USPS executives spoke to the progress of the “10-Year Plan” in the welcoming ceremony and other keynote presentations.
