Earlier this month, it was announced that Mail Quality Data-IV (MQD-IV) has been enabled for all mailers to receive uncapped error data. The existing Legacy Bulk Error Data process will be retired in March 2019.

According to a USPS Industry Alert, MQD-IV resolves challenges mailers may have faced when investigating errors that were reported on the Mailer Scorecard.

The Industry Alert also stated that mailers who have had Bulk Error Data requests created with the PostalOne!® Helpdesk will need to transition to MQD-IV before the Legacy Bulk Error Data process is retired in March so that they may continue to receive uncapped error data.
