Postal Service Names Jacqueline Krage Strako as Chief Customer and Marketing Officer and EVP

Postmaster General Megan Brennan announced that Jacqueline (Jakki) Krage Strako has been named Chief Customer and Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President. In this capacity, Strako is responsible for overseeing all domestic and international product marketing, development and management. She is also responsible for the Customer Relations, Product Innovation, Marketing, Global Business, and Sales organizations; as well as the Customer Care Centers, and Stamp Services.

Strako, who had been in the role on an acting basis since February, “has demonstrated excellent leadership of the CCMO organization,” said Brennan.

Strako has been with the Postal Service for 28 years. Previously, she was Vice President, Area Operations, Great Lakes Area, where she oversaw 61,000 employees and was responsible for all aspects of operations, marketing, and customer engagement in the area.  She holds an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering and an MBA.
